We tend to forget that happiness doesn’t come as a result of getting something we don’t have, but rather recognizing and appreciating what we do have.If someone you know comes upon some good fortune- an amazing job, , a huge raise,a beautiful home,amazing kids etc be happy for them. If you put in the work, you’ll reap the same reward eventually.

Take good care of yourself
First things people will notice in unhappy people is they stop taking care of themselves. They sleep at odd hours, they eat junk, they lay around on the couch watching endless hours of TV, they go days without showering. Happy people take care of themselves. And the more you take care of yourself, the more happiness you’ll experience.
Ask yourself what makes you happy, and find ways to restructure your life so that you are able to do more of those things.And most important of al,l stop thinking that Money can buy you Happiness because its not a ‘thing’ and totally free. To enjoy some free happiness, make a list of everything in your life that costs no money and is totally priceless, like laughter, friendship, meditation, air, kindness and the stars at night.
